THE VERBALISATION OF THE SACRED AND ITS LIMITS. TENSIONS IN HABERMAS' PHILOSOPHY

Next Tuesday, 15 October, at 6 p.m., in the Simonetti Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy at the Sapienza University of Rome, the sixth seminar of the Nothing is Ever Lost Ciclo will be held, dedicated to the memory of the Italian sociologist Massimo Rosati.
Ten years after the premature death of the Italian sociologist, the 2024 edition of the Massimo Rosati Seminars offers an entire cycle of studies dedicated to exploring his scientific work.
In the form of an interdisciplinary dialogue, each seminar deals with one of the themes that Rosati’s reflection brought back to the centre of the social sciences and beyond.
The sixth seminar will see Giorgio Fazio and Walter Privitera discussing the verbalisation of the sacred from the perspective of Jürgen Habermas’ philosophy.
The meeting, introduced by Alessandra Vitullo, will be chaired by Ludovico Battista.
It will be possible to follow the event online, by connecting to the Google Meet link https://meet.google.com/vts-svha-xuy
