“THE MEANINGS OF CREATION”. A ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION AT THE CONSERVATORY OF TRENTO
On Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, from 9.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., a roundtable discussion on “The Meanings of Creation”, chaired by Margherita Anselmi (Conservatorio di Trento) and Paolo Costa (FBK Center for Religious Sciences), will be held at the Auditorium of the Conservatorio “F. A. Bonporti,” in Trento.
After the Conservatory Director’s greetings, there will be talks by Davide Assael (Un mondo senza padrone), Massimo Giuliani (Creazione come Chaoskampf), Ernesto Borghi (Creare e sviluppare relazioni), Muriel A. M. Pusterla (I segni della cantillazione biblica), Pier Alberto Porceddu Cilione (La creazione del suono), Miriam Camerini (Midràsh, o l’esigenza di interpretare, with guitar acompaniment by Rocco Rosignoli), Cosimo Colazzo (Fuori, una linea, un margine).
The round table is part of the cycle of events planned for the sixth edition of “Interpretations: networks of relationships generated by a work of art”, a multidisciplinary and inter-institutional research project promoted by the Conservatory of Trento with the collaboration, among others, of the FBK’s Center for Religious Sciences.
The day of study will continue in the afternoon (2-5.30 p.m.) with a panel discussion devoted to “Luciano Berio. His Generation, His Legacy,” and will conclude at 8.30 p.m. with a concert.
