Values ​​and digital technologies

Boris Rähme has been invited to deliver a talk on values and digital technologies at the workshop “Philosophiediskurs Digitalisierung” (“Philosophical Discourse on Digitalisation”), co-organised by the Center for Advanced Internet Studies Bochum (CAIS) and Witten-Herdecke University.
The workshop, which will take place on 12 July 2019, focuses on epistemological, metaphysical, and ethical questions concerning digital technologies and digital cultures. In line with FBK-ISR’s Mission on religion and Innovation, Rähme will present a selection of results of FBK-ISR’s work on the value alignment problem for artificial intelligence.
